PicchuSpot is the trading name used by Mykhailo Lykin, a self-employed individual (autónomo) established in Spain, who is the legal owner and service provider for this website.

This website provides information and contact, ordering and account facilities for PicchuSpot real-estate visual services. These may include virtual staging, visual renovation, floor-plan visualisation, photo editing and other property-media services described on the relevant service page.

Floor-plan and visual-renovation deliverables are visual and media services, not signed or certified technical projects. Contractual matters are set out in the applicable Terms & Conditions.

Prices, currency, scope and any service-specific conditions are shown on the applicable pricing, service or order page, or in a written quote. For eligible fixed-price online orders, the Checkout total is tax-inclusive where applicable, and Stripe identifies any included tax. Custom quotes or manually invoiced services may state their own tax treatment.

Contracting rules are in the Terms & Conditions. The Refunds & Cancellations Policy explains the applicable cancellation and refund framework.

The website design, PicchuSpot branding, original copy and visual materials owned by the operator may be protected by intellectual property and related rights. Access to the website does not by itself grant permission to reproduce or exploit those materials.

Third-party assets remain subject to their owners’ rights and licences. Customer-uploaded and source materials remain governed by the Terms & Conditions and the rights of their respective owners; PicchuSpot does not claim ownership merely because material is submitted through the service.

Users must use this website lawfully and must not interfere with its security, availability or other users’ rights.

Their presence does not transfer responsibility to PicchuSpot for those services’ independent operation, content or terms. Responsibility for PicchuSpot services remains governed by the Terms & Conditions and mandatory law.

Service contracts are governed by the applicable Terms & Conditions, service or order page, written quote and order confirmation. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
